I think that is hard because it is necessary to understand how the current management processes of a company must be monitored by certain people, specifically the manager. There is a huge amount of autonomy in judging how new staff is going to be managed, and this makes it very difficult to be able to assess what they are doing for you, and what their motivations are for doing so.
